Licensed Massage Therapist
doTerra Wellness Advocate

I graduated from "Healing Hands School of Massage", in Philadelphia, PA in 1995.  I founded my business BodyZen Massage Therapy in 1996.  Over the span of almost 22 years I have deepen my foundation of knowledge with additional studies in deep tissue techniques, myofascial release, craniosacral, Trager, Thai-Yoga, hot stone, Reiki and Aromatherapy.

The integration of these modalities has given me this huge foundation of creating my very own style I can call my own.  A good percentage of my clients come to me for therapeutic sessions but I really love to give an overall massage where I can assist the client in going to a deep inner place of peace or sometimes an altered state.  It is in that place, that I consider Zen, where you feel your true essence.

In 2003 I did a 200 hour Sivananda Hatha Yoga Teacher Training at the Freehold Yoga Center in Freehold, NJ.  Through my own yoga practice I have learned, healed and transformed so much about myself.  I teach yoga the way I experience it.  A bridge of awareness occurs on my mat that is a metaphor for what is also happening within myself.  Thus creating a greater union of the body, mind and spirit relationship.

Currently I just completed a 5 year Personal Transformation progam in "Pathwork".  Pathwork is a consciousness raising program based on a series of 258 channeled lectures by Eva Perrikos that gives the guidance to learn and grow into "Enlightenment".   This work has helped my work to evolve into a much deeper presence with my touch and my intuitive abilities.

In 2015 I became a doTerra Wellness Advocate.  I am certified in giving a doTerra Aromatouch Treatment as well as doing Essential oils education.  My passion for essential oils has grown as I have experienced first hand amazing benefits.  I almost always use essential oils in my sessions for deeper relaxation and healing.

I have been deeply blessed with so many wonderful clients and friends throughout the years of my practice.  Working with people fills me with so much joy.  I cannot think of a better career than one where I can assist others in deepening their connection to themselves and creating a greater sense of well-being.  It is a honor and a privilege to serve.

Om Shanti Peace
